Welcome! Thank you for electing me 4 times to the Office of College Park Councilman - representing Ward 1 for 16 years. I did not run for a 5th term and have retired from office, effective January 1, 2024. However, I plan to maintain this site for the indefinite future as a service to my former constituents.
I encourage you to continue watching City Council and Board meetings live (in person or streamed), or watch selected portions of the complete recordings that are maintained on the social media sites listed below.
Council and some Board meetings are streamed live via the CollegeParkTV23 YouTube Channel and Face Book Live, and can be streamed on demand afterwards. Instructions for providing public comment are provided in the agendas linked from the “Upcoming City Public Meeting AGENDAS AND PACKETS” box below.

Dates, times, and agendas (click on links in boxes) below are not “official public notice”. Regular Council meetings/Work Sessions are held at City Hall, 3667 Main Street. Note that Council “Regular Session Agendas” and “Workshop Items” do not accurately reflect all that was covered in Council Meetings, since items are frequently added to the agenda at the meeting. Only the Action Items and Official Minutes are intended to do this.
Some Council meeting recordings are available for streaming on demand on YouTube CollegeParkTV23 and Face Book,.
Actions taken at Council Meetings are archived a few days after the meeting.
Minutes from the Regular Session and Workshop are archived a few days after they have been approved (usually at the NEXT Regular Session)
